Default Don't want track changes

I created a form and saved it as a dotm because of the macros. I then went
in and made some changes and I had the track changes on. I was satisfied,
accepted all the changes and saved the document. When I reopen the document
it is still showing all the changes. Others are using this form and it makes
it confusin seeing the changes, please help, thanks.

Did you remember to turn off Track Changes?
