Default How do I make a header that will not show up on the first page?

i have a title on my first page, i want that title to be on every other page
as a header, when i do this the header and title are on the first page. I
want to eliminate the header on the first page and have it continuous for the
second page on. how do i do this?

In the File Page Setup dialog, go to the Layout tab and check "Different
first page". That creates a separate header and footer for the first page,
and they'll be empty unless you put something there.
