opening a mailmerge doccument in word 2003
Hi,
Whenever I open a mailmerge document in word 2003, it throws up a dialogue box saying: "opening this document will run the following sql command: SELECT * FROM -------- Data from your database will be placed in the document. Do you wish to continue?". I do not wish to see this dialogue box each time I open the document. I would simply like the document to retrieve the data from the database, without posing this question, which is what used to happen in word 2000. Can someone please tell me how to stop this dialogue box from showing up? Thanks and regards, Meenu. |
