Default Change Text box contents to a list

Hello,

I have a document with 2000 addresses, each address being in a text box.

Is there a way to copy the information out of the text box into another
document without having to do so one at a time? I tried to record a macro but
it wouldn't let me access the text box. Plus I don't know Visual Basic so I
can't program it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Are the addresses really in text boxes? It's much more likely they're in a
table.
