Tracking Changes: Displaying 'Final' View reformatted my entire do
I had a word document (created in Word 2003) with 2 sections. 1st section
was a table, laid out in landscape; 2nd section was just paragraphs of text, laid out in portrait. Each section had its own header/footer. I open the doc in Word 2007, and turn on "Track Changes". Work on it for about 45 minutes. I wanted to check how the final would look, so I selected the 'Final' view - and Word 2007 completely reformatted the ENTIRE document - made everything portrait orientation (so the right side of my table is chopped off), and wiped out my headers & footers. I can't convert the document to 2007, because I'm sharing it with my clients who are still on '03 - how can I fix it? |
