Default Translation purple coding?!?!?!?

I received a Word document that was translated from English to French.
Within the text are little purple codings that seem to contain the
original English sentences that were translated. In some versions of
Word opening this documents causes duplicate text, with the Englsih
sentence preceeding each French translation. It prints that way as
well. Any way to just turn off this purple translation coding, thingy?

Thanks All

It seems that you have Track Changes turned on. The solution would be to
Accept all.
