Default Table of Contents Font

How do I change the bold font to regular in Table of Contents? The contents
that are newly added in the third line appears in the Table of Contents
alright; however, those newly added show up in bold instead of regular type.

I tried Edit Field to modify the Table of Contents, yet I was unable to
change the font. I tried to change it manually, but then if I Update Field,
it all turns back to bold again. Please advise.

6 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX..................................1 7...Bold (this is ok)
6.1 ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ................................... 17...Regular
(this is fine)
6.1.1
YYYYYYYYY......................................... .17....this should be
regular.

6.4 DOCUMENT CONTROL 19
6.4.1 ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM 19
