Table AutoFormat
In Word 2003, when inserting a database field and choosing the table format
with the Table AutoFormat button, the list does not include the user-defined tables that exist in the template. How can I get those on the list to choose from? -- Thanks! |

Table AutoFormat
PS - After I insert my data, I can select the table and apply my user-defined
style, but when I update the fields, the formatting returns to what it was before. We'd like to automate this, as we plan to use it across a broad range of documents that are part of a much larger set of documents where the table format has already been determined. It will be quite time-consuming to have to find dozens of long tables in 100+ page documents and reformat the style for each table, one at a time. -- Thanks again!
