Default How Do I set up one seamless background for a frames web-page in W

I'm creating a web page in word and want a background picture to spread
accross all the frames to make it look like one uniform page. This is for a
company wide intranet/desktop background page, and I like to keep a photo up
there instead of a solid color or pattern.
Any suggestions?

G'day apb ,

Use a proper web page designer - Word is a Word Processor.
