Printing comments w/out track changes in list
Word 2002 - Our office does utilize track changes. I would like to utliize
comments as well. Unfortunately, I can not seem to find out how to print just the comments as a separate list. Is there any way around not printing the track changes? TIA |

Sorry, comments are included in tracked changes. However, you might
find printing only the document markup helpful. File, Print, change the "Print What" to "List of Markup" -- Dawn Crosier Microsoft MVP "Education Lasts a Lifetime" This message is posted to a newsgroup.
