Default How to use template generated in Word 2003 on MS Works?

I have two computers with MS Word 2003. I have templates on those computers
that need to be used on another laptop (third computer) that only has MS
Works. I only need to use the third laptop for data input onto those
templates or forms while in the field. Since I have already spent a boatload
of money on the MS Word 2003 for the first two computers, is it necessary to
spend another boatload of money for MS Word 2003 for the third computer just
for data input on a template/form that was already created on the other
computers? I can view the template/form on the MS Works, but it is not
correct.

Use the Works database to generate a comma or tab delimited text file.
