Default envelop printing color

Apparently when using the envelope wizard, Word (or more likely a
combination of Word and the printer driver) uses a combination of coloured
inks rather than black and if all the colours are not present and the ink
jets clear you get some colour other than black. I hear this is a particular
problem with lexmark printers.

A work around might be to create a template for your envelopes. Try the ones
downloadable from my web site.

i can not print envelops in black, they will only print in red.
documents will print black, the red ink problem only occurs when i
try to print envelopes. has anyone encountered this very irritating
problem or have a suggestion as to cause?
