Share information in a form.
I am working on an account application containing information such as name,
address, birthdate, phone number, etc. I also have a checkmark box to check if the customer would like a cash and check card. I would like to make my form share the information from the account application to the cash and check card application if this box is checkmarked. This would save us from having to retype the same information over in another application. Any ideas how to do this? |

Share information in a form.
You should probably be using Access for this rather than Word.

I'm sorry. I do not know how. You are asking someone to tell you how to use
a hammer as a screwdriver. There probably are ways to do it. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome!
