Default Share information in a form.

I am working on an account application containing information such as name,
address, birthdate, phone number, etc. I also have a checkmark box to check
if the customer would like a cash and check card. I would like to make my
form share the information from the account application to the cash and check
card application if this box is checkmarked. This would save us from having
to retype the same information over in another application. Any ideas how to
do this?

You should probably be using Access for this rather than Word.

Still, how do I format the checkbox to share the information?

I'm sorry. I do not know how. You are asking someone to tell you how to use
a hammer as a screwdriver. There probably are ways to do it.
