I have a table that I created for a survey I inserted a white box as a check
box for certain responses. But I am getting little dots underneath the
symbol, sometimes 2 dots. Any ideas why I am getting these or any suggestions
on another way to make a check box?

Do the dots print? Does the check box print? If the answer to both is no,
then the check box is formatted as Hidden.
