Default Tables in Template

I have been using one of the templates of Word, which I dowloaded from
Microsoft for creating my CV.

It has tables in it with borders in white-color. Is there any way to make
them hidden so that whenever someone opens my document, he/she does not see
the borders?

Thanks...

If you have already made the borders white, you have done all you can do.
