Default How do I get a saved template to go to page 2 of the new document

I have a template saved that is used for a monthly report. It is a table in
which the cells adjust to content. The top line of the table is shaded as a
title row. I finish one page, when I go to the next page, the table with the
shading does not follow. It is a blank table. I want the shaded title row.

Is the top row identified as a heading row (Table | Heading Rows Repeat)?
