Default user accounts and word

i have my user account(administrator) and one for my wife and one for my son.
(limited user accounts).when either my wife or my son try to use word a
windowsinstaller opens up right away....any sugestions?? eventually word
opens then they have to go and find the file and open it that way.. shouldn't
it open with one click on the word document. me being the administrator any
word document opens up right away

If you have this problem in Word 2000, then see
