Default Pleading Wizard Font

My pleading wizard has line numbers that are at 9 pt. I need them to be 12
pt. and 28 lines on a page per CA court rules. How do I go about adjusting
the font in the template or is that even possible? I am using XP.

Modify the Line Number character style.
