restart a numbered list in word 2007
When copying and pasting a numbered list the new pasted list continues the
numbering from the previous list - I am not using styles and would like to start a new list from scratch. In 2003 it was easy just say "restart numbering." |

If you right-click a list item, you can then choose Restart at 1 from the
context menu. Note, however, that the safest way to restart numbering is to set up an outline list, letting higher levels restart the lower ones. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Kim" wrote in message ...
