Default Counting specific words in a document

Is it possible in word 2000 to count how many times a particular word occurs
in a document?
Cheers Pete.

Use Find and Replace to replace the word with itself (or use ^& for the
"Replace with"). When you use Replace All, Word will tell you how many
replacements it's made.
