mail merge missing records
Hi,
I decided to post my question again. Hopefully more clear on what's going on. I have a data document and I see all of my records. I go to merge it and if I select edit data there is only one record showing up. I am doing the same process I did on a similar list with no problems. |

Which version of Word? What is the data source?
