Default Monthly Calendar in Word or Excel

I want a monthly calendar wizard I can download into Word or Excel, type a
schedule on it and email it to someone. I am a beginner for both programs
and I need something fairly user friendly. Any suggestions?

Carole,
There is a built-in calendar wizard in Word. Go to the new document task
pane and click on the link General templates. Hit the Other documents tab,
click on the Wizard calendar and click OK, answer all the questions and you
are set.
If the wizard is not to your taste you can download templates he
