Default Duplicating an Entry in a MS Word Form

I'm building Department of the Army Forms in MS word. Some of the DA forms
are set up so that things like a person's name is entered on the first page,
and then appears again on the second page.

How do I link the table cell data from the first page to the second so I
don't have to have my users input redundant data twice?

Dear Greg:

Thank you very much. This is my first time using a forum to get answers in
MS Word and I appreciate that others will read and help out. I'm sure I'll
have more questions in the future but the time that you spent working on your
stie and getting those answers out there for others will certainly allow me
to be more productive.

Thanks again!!!
