Default Word: Print options should include "section" field (like Macs)

This is a recommendation for improving the print options for Word. Mac's have
an option to print both page numbers AND sections (i.e., pages 1-4, section
2). This way if there are preliminary pages in a manuscript in lowercase
Roman numerals and the text starts over as Arabic page #1, a person can print
only the preliminary pages. Right now, both sections of the page range will
print.

This is already possible in Word for Windows -- and has been since at
least version 2.0 (the first one I used). See

This is also spelled out quite clearly in the "Print specific pages and
sections" portion of the "Print a document" Help topic.
