When I highlight sentence to change to italics, entire doc change
When I highlight a sentence in my document and change the formatting to
italics, or underlined, or even the font, the entire document changes. If I then press Ctrl+Z the entire document changes back to what it was originally but the highligted part is then italics, or underlined. Why? And how can I fix this? |

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...eformatted.htm. If
you are using Word 2007, post back, as the article may not be 100% helpful in that case. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "diamond in making" diamond in wrote in message ... So far I've managed to update all but eight of my 57 word.mvps.org articles,
and Webmaster John McGhie has published all but six of my updated versions, so most of the "easy" articles have been updated; I've been saving the "hard" ones (such as http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/TableBasics.htm and http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...alTemplate.htm, both of which will probably need a new article just for 2007) for last. g -- Suzanne S.
