[What is a display name]

The first instruction was to start Publisher. Sounds simple, but where do I
start Publisher. Nothing on my screen indicates anything or any place to
start publisher.

You must have Publisher installed. It is a separate program that is not
included in Word nor in most versions of Office.

You have to actually have Publisher on your system for this approach to be

found on all computers. Sad but true. ;-)
