Pop Up Prompt FILLIN fields
When do you want to disable the prompt? When opening? When printing?
For information on FILLIN and ASK fields, see the "User Prompts" section in the article at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "JustaMessinOffice" wrote in message ... Pop Up Prompt FILLIN fields
I want to disable the pop ups only when opening a new document. The templates
have been created for someone with very little computer expertise, unfortunately the pop ups gets them all mixed up. I remember in early versions you just clicked on the field in the document to input text. Thanks J "Stefan Blom" wrote: When do you want to disable the prompt? When opening? When printing? As explained at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm, you can
use ASK fields instead, if you don't want an automatic prompt. If you just want to click a piece of text and type text, a MACROBUTTON field would work equally well.
