Transferring macros and auto corrects to a new computer.
I need to transfer my auto corrects and macros to my laptop so I do not have
to remake them. I tried saving my normal but when I opened it on the laptop the macros and auto corrects were not there. |

Transferring macros and auto corrects to a new computer.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I wished I had asked the question earlier.
I recently bought a new desktop and no one I asked new how to move the auto corrects so I just re-did them. I didn't want to have to do that again for the laptop. Again THANK YOU! Transferring macros and auto corrects to a new computer.
You are welcome, although I merely pointed the way to the hard work that has
been done by others. It is a very nice tool! -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
