Default How do I print on pre-purchased thank you cards?

I purchased thank you cards and would like to print a brief message inside,
but can not seem to figure out how to do it on Microsoft Word. Do I need
some sort of special program for this?

No, but you will need to set up a custom paper size for the document, then
figure out where the print needs to go and set margins that will place it
there.

I suggest starting with several plain photocopies of the card for testers
and a ruler.
