Default Non- POSTNET barcodes in Word

Can Word print regular bar codes that are not the POSTNET?

The only built-in capability is for POSTNET, using the Barcode field. For
anything else, you need to get either a barcode font for the proper type of
code, or an add-in or separate program that creates barcodes as graphic
images. From what I've read, graphic barcode generators are better (their
codes are more easily read by scanners), but of course they're more
expensive. As usual, Google will give you a lot to read.
