mail merge printing
Word 2003 or 2007
When trying to print multi pages within mail merge and selecting the staple function on my Sharp MX6200 printer word seems not to recognise each document so tries to staple complete print run. I have been advised that this is a word issue rather than a printer problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Paul |

mail merge printing
Use the following macro:
Sub PrintMailMergeAsSeparateDocuments() Dim i As Long With ActiveDocument For i = 1 To .Sections.Count Step 2 .PrintOut Range:=wdPrintFromTo, From:="s" & i, To:="s" & i Next i End With End Sub It will send the collection of pages produced for each record in the data source to the printer as a separate print job so that the printer should do the staple thing. -- Hope this helps.
