Hi All,

I have a excel data to generate labels in Mailmerge. The Labels generates
perfectly.
But I want to do that wherever in city column when new city appears, either
the table (labels) will be split or any method to shift the row on new page.

Generally I use - "Label Products: Other/Custom";
"Product Number: RAJA ES-24-Address" (24 labels on
A4 sheet)

Below is the sample of excel sheet.

Name Company Address City Tel.
xxx xxx xxx abc xxxx
xxx xxx xxx abc xxxx
xxx xxx xxx def xxxx
xxx xxx xxx ghi xxxx
xxx xxx xxx ghi xxxx
xxx xxx xxx 123 xxxx

Hi ng6971,

Rather than using a label merge, you could use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility for this (the terminolgy depends on the
Word version). To see how to perform such a merge, check out my Word 97-2007 Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at:

Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it.

Note: You'd need to lay out your fields carefully so they align correctly with the label stock.
