Default My Word 2003 table has gone bonkers

I created a multirow table and was moving text and other tables into the new
table. Suddenly I have a gap between lines of text, and a row of one of the
subtables repeats itself. I can't delete the extra row or remove the space
that it takes up if I do take out the offending subtable. I have a
screenshot...
