From Outlook 2007 Tools Options Account Settings Address Books (there
is a similar option in earlier versions) add a new Outlook Address book then
delete the old Outlook Address Book (NOT THE CONTACTS LIST!!!!). In earlier
Outlook versions you can delete the address book THEN add it back again..
