Mail Merge & INCLUDEPICTURE Not Working
I'm trying to setup a mail merge to generate ID cards from a CSV file.
However, after following the instructions in the MS Knowledge Base on how to use Mail Merge with Images (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909132) I still cannot get it to work. What happens when I generate a new document from the data is that I get x number of pages saying "Error! Filename not specified". If I do an Alt-F9, I see the insertpicture field with a valid and correct file path for each record. Here is my mail merge template document: {INCLUDEPICTURE { MERGEFILED "TeamPhotoPath" } \* MERGEFORMAT \D } This results in the following output when the merge is run (in View Code mode): { INCLUDEPICTURE "C:\\Documents and Settings\\shawn\\Desktop\\card_elements\\card_team _photo1.jpg" \* MERGEFORMAT \d } I have verified that the path displayed in the merged document is correct. I can copy and paste the path (replacing the \\ with \) into Windows Explorer and it displays the image. I'm using Word 2003 with all current service packs and patches identified by MS Update. Am I missing a step someplace here? Thanks for your help. |

Mail Merge & INCLUDEPICTURE Not Working
Have you tried selecting a field and pressing F9 to update it?
