Default modify all tables in document

I've got a Word 2003 document with dozens of tables. I'd like to be able to
modify all tables in the document in the same way (table column sizes, first
column left-justified but remaining four columns right-justified, font size
and type all the same, but different from the remaining document)? Are all
or any of the above possible?
