Default A-Z sort address labels

I have typed a page of Avery Address labels [8161]. i want to sort the labels
into alphabetical ord, from A to Z, using the first word of the first line.
How can I do that?

See "Convert Labels into Mail Merge Data File" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's

Then sort the datafile before using mailmerge to create the labels again.
