Hi Thanks for your input Jay - I just can't believe that there is no way to
do this. It seems to me to be a basic requirement but perhaps Microsoft in
their infinite wisdom forgot to incorporate it.

When the address appears in the Label dialog, you can select it all,
right-click and choose Paragraph, and set a left indent. However, there isn't
any good way to save that for later re-use; you'll have to repeat it each
time. (Labels always use the Normal style, and you wouldn't want a 2 cm left
indent on all your Normal-style paragraphs.)
