why ms word creates temp files?
Hi;
Why after each change in MS document, creates many temp files on the screen? how can i get rid of this problem? Thanks, Faram. |

Hi Faram, See this article: How Word for Windows Uses Temporary Files http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211632 Word usually -- but not always -- deletes the temp files when it closes normally. If it terminates abnormally, they'll be left behind because there's no code running to delete them.
