Speech recognition crashes my system
As soon as I try to use speech recognition, my CPU usage goes up to 100% and
my system crashes. I have read all the documentation online for speech recognition and made all the adjustments. I was able to go so far as to train for about an hour then went to use it and it worked for a minute or so, then crashed the system. All prior attempts to use speech recognition crash my system, even starting Word with the A switch in the RUN box. Any ideas? Thank you. |

Speech recognition crashes my system
Speech recognition is *very* demanding processor-wise, particular if it's
operating in tandem with Word. The problem is usually insufficient RAM. "Lizbutt" wrote in message news As soon as I try to use speech recognition, my CPU usage goes up to 100% and my system crashes.
