Default Table of Contents using Styles

Hello,

I want the first level of my TOC to have no page number after it. This
first level will be centered on the page. TOC Levels 2 and 3 will have the
page numbers listed.

How can I format the styles so that the TOC Level 1 does not have a page
number after it?

Thanks,
Rosemary
