Default Spell check errors

I have a user here who continues to get errors that say spell check is not
installed when it really is. She is getting very annoying . Is there a way to
correct this? Thanks.

Hi ?B?RXhjaGFuZ2UgS2luZw==?=,

I have a user here who continues to get errors that say spell check is not
installed when it really is.

Please tell us the exact version of Word, and the exact wording of the
messages. Also describe what actions cause the messages to appear. It would
also help to know with which language the text is formatted (should be
visible in the status bar).

Note: the best group to get help on this specific type of question is
word.spelling.grammar.
