Default How do you set up an online form?

I don't understand what the difference is between a regular form and an
online form except that the online form is sent via e-mail or available on a
web page for fill in.

The term "online form" is often used just to mean a form that can be filled
in on the computer as opposed to by hand or with a typewriter. This is
usually a protected form. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
