Default Mail Merge and Dates

I type a paragraph in UPPERCASE, with merge fields. Two of the merge fields
are date fields, but the date must also be display as UPPERCASE.

What kind of field must I enter to show the date in UPPERCASE.

eg.

BACK CHARGES FOR WATER FOR THE PERIOD of 1 January 2006 TO 1 January
2008 €“ ERF 222, VELA STREET, DORADOPARK. ACCOUNT NO. 220433

Hope someone can help me
Thanks

You need an Upper switch eg {Mergefield DateFieldname \@ "d MMMM yyyy"
\*Upper}
