Default How do I keep two words separated by a / together on same line.

I have in the past worked with documents that have two (or more) words that
cannot be broken across different lines. Some of these cannot use slashes(/)
or hyphens (-). There is a command that can be applied to the words that,
when present, appears as a degree symbol between the words. I cannot
remember how to apply that command.

Press Ctrl+Shift+Spacebar to create a non-breaking space, and press
Ctrl+Shift+Hyphen to create a non-breaking hyphen.
