Default Make Word XP comments like Word 97 comments.

Word XP comments are really awful. Our documents run on comments,
everything. But, when you load Word XP, nothing makes any sense. The
comments are all on the right hand side with dotted lines going everywhere.
How do we make Word XP operate like Word 97? We just want the comments to
appear over the text when you hover the cursor over the text. We may have
made a terrible mistake by upgrading to Word XP if this can't be fixed. Any
help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

If you disable balloons (or switch to Normal view), you should get comments
in the Reviewing Pane and in ScreenTips. If you have trouble seeing the
ScreenTips, try displaying the Document Map and then hiding it.
