Default Do you have to have the internet to save Word Docs as Web Page?

I wanted to know if you wanted to save a word document as a web page, do you
have to have the internet to save it as such? Word give you the option in
saving to
save as a web page. I just want to better understand that.

No, you don't have to have Internet access. When you save a document as a
Web page, Word converts it (very badly) to HTML.
