best program to create staff cover form with drop down menus
Hi I want to create a form with drop down menus to make creating a cover rota
more automatic. when staff our absent and other staff have to cover their lessons. For example I click a staff name to cover: then cliver on a staff name who is covering and have the class, time, room, units covered etc. then be able to email it to the appropriate staff. what program is best Word, access or excel. # thank you - Mark |

Probably Excel would be best, especially if you have combinations to add.
