How do I eliminate TRK to create a fresh rev for add'l revs?
I'm in need of creating a "new" document from an existing Rev. I then want
to track changes on this "new" document. Each time I try to follow the microsoft prompts and save the document (Save As), and then select Track Changes, the old revisions show up as tracked. |

Hi Greg,
You need to 'Accept' all of the existing tracked changes before you can start afresh. Cheers -- macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] ------------------------- "Greg" wrote in message ...
