mail merge word 2007
trying to address a variety of letters in Word 2007 from a Works database.
Most fields match but the postal codes does not. I set it to match. It works fine. I also chech the box to let be matched on this computer. But after I close the program, then relaunch it, the matching is lost & I'm back to square one. Is there another setting somewhere or am I doing something wrong |

If the matching that you are talking about is matching the fields in your
data source to the fields in the Address Block, instead of trying to do that, just insert the fields from your data source into the mail merge main document in the configuation that you want. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
